The video game industry is not only highly competitive but also often opaque in its structure and organization. While many young people bring passion and talent to the table, they frequently struggle to navigate its complexities and enter the job market.

The LET’S GO project aims to address this challenge by providing structured, hands-on programs that allow young selected participants to connect, mingle & engage, and gain firsthand insight into the reality of the professional videogame industry.

We have refined, adapted, and expanded this model to various B2B videogame fairs & events worldwide. Our goal is to demystify career paths in the industry, and foster the next generation of talent in a wide range of diverse necessary jobs. By doing so, we aim to promote accessibility & inclusivity, and break down barriers to entry, ensuring that our industry remains accessible to all.

Since 2023, the LET’S GO project build programs in various fairs to accompany young people in understanding better their part to play in the videogame industry.

Event supported by

LET'S GO gamescom

Our LET’S GO gamescom happens every year during the biggest videogame fair worldwide, happening in Cologne, Germany. In support with the OFAJ/DFJW, we bring 10 young students from humanities and non-videogame studies to discover the alternatives to game dev’s jobs, and participate in various activities to meet with experts, attend the European Game Night, and mingle between peers and indie studios to discover their potential and potential future carreer.

The next edition will happen on the gamescom 2027, on the 24th and 25th August 2027. Information about the program and launch of the call for application are to be expected around May 2027. If you wish to have more information, contact olympe@spielfabrique.eu.
